With ASA2
Open the “ASA2 / TestSuite / API Response” section. Enter the ASIN of a product that you are sure has ratings. Then search the API response for the “CustomerReviews” section. If you find it as shown on the screenshot, your API account is eligible.
With Amazon Scratchpad
Open the Amazon PA API Scratchpad, choose “GetItems” as operation from the left sidebar. Then select your marketplace and enter your PA API credentials. In the GetItems box enter the ASIN of a product that you are sure has ratings and select “CustomerReviews” from the “Resources” drop down menu as shown on the screenshot.
Run the request (by clicking the “Run request” button) and open the tab “JSON response” in the “Response types” box. If you can see the “CustomerReviews” values “Count” and “StarRating” as shown on the screenshot, your PA API account is eligible for customer reviews.
