Yes, since version 1.15 of ASA2 it is possible to create Amazon products without an active connection to the PA API. If you store the ASIN and country for the product, ASA2 can later synchronize this product via API when your account gets activated.

Sorry for the late reply. The shortcode for a product that was created without the Amazon API must contain the product ID as a parameter that references the saved product: id=”123″. ASA2 then automatically knows which country it is based on the product data.
